China’s three biggest tire makers have announced plans to set up big tire factories in Egypt. Other tire makers are also setting up in North Africa. Earlier this week, Egypt hosted a State visit from China’s President Xi Jinping. The announcements from Linglong and Zhongce are linked to that visit. Neither company has yet made formal announcement
