Western media carried this story in January, but with few details. It appears that Yokohama held an open day at the track site for members of the Japan Automobile Reporters Association (AJAJ). The report includes a diagram of the site and details on area, tracks and location: around 10km west of Asahikawa airport. Source: Yokohama
