Shandong governer declares ‘support’ for tire restructuring
Shandong Governer Guo Shuqing (郭树清 ), declared regional ‘support’ for a series of industries including tires. This ‘support’ covers consolidation and restructuring to improve environmental responsibility, over-capacity and low-technology companies.
