Desperately seeking a path to the future
China’s tire company bosses are seeking a way forward, but few are finding it. In some cases, financial problems are so great that the company has been declared bankrupt, and a merger or cooperation forced upon it. Although this is painful at the time, without this drastic action the company would in any case die.
Tire makers named to ‘best exporters’ list
China’s Quality authority has issued its second list of “Chinese export quality and safety demonstration enterprises” (中国出口质量安全示范企业) and has included some tire makers in the list. ‘No Decision’ from Russia on import duties on tires
